MAGIC2 POP SERIES UNDERLINE 1100 sliding door system

The POP SERIES UNDERLINE SYSTEM is an INNOVATIVE and PATENTED system based on the well-known Magic2. POP utilises Magic2 technology and is an extremely versatile system: this series allows for the use of cost-effective laminated panels with a fixed standard height. The POP SERIES UNDERLINE system stands out by eliminating any additional milling of the bottom of the door. The guide is screwed directly to the bottom edge of the door. With the POP series, it is possible to manufacture standard doors with a thickness of 38 to 44 mm.
Over 50 mm of stopping travel. As with Magic2, the POP SERIES UNDERLINE system uses patented dampers; with a total stopping travel of 50 mm, increasing the damper by 20 mm allows us to maintain the same door width.
New adjustable shock absorbers. The new adjustable shock absorbers are no longer connected to the frame or end caps. It is therefore possible to adjust the position of the shock absorbers when required.
New position for spacer wheels. The POP SERIES UNDERLINE system features new spacer wheels positioned at the end of the door to better protect the door from contact with the wall.
	New patented adjustment system . The POP SERIES UNDERLINE system features a patented micrometric adjustment system that allows for vertical and horizontal adjustment to compensate for any unevenness in the walls. These adjustments can be made without removing the door from the track, as was the case with the previous model.
	Practical release system. The POP SERIES UNDERLINE system is equipped with two new anti-derailment components. These new components feature two safety rods that allow the anti-hook mechanisms to be easily rotated without the need for any other tools.
