The FritsJurgens pivot hinge system is a high-quality, patented hinge system that is completely concealed in the top and bottom of the door. Only small floor and ceiling plates are visible. This innovative solution eliminates the need for complicated installation of floor fixtures, door frames, handles and locks. At the same time, due to the high load capacity of the hinges (up to 500 kg), there are virtually no restrictions on the design of pivot doors.

System M+ is a self-closing pivot hinge that provides complete control over door movement. A touch of the finger is all it takes for the door to change position in one smooth motion. Opening the door is easy and controlled, the movement is elegant and the closing is gentle.

The M+ system is an excellent solution for doors that open in one or both directions.

Components of the SYSTEM M+ set:

CEILING PLATE

Stainless steel ceiling plate. The upper hinge pin fits smoothly into the hole in the ceiling plate.

Optional: ceiling plate version with cable hole.

UPPER HINGE
The upper hinge is integrated into the upper part of the door and uses a pin/hole connection. The pin is attached to the upper hinge and slides into the hole in the ceiling plate.

The pivot point is located 70 mm from the edge of the door.

The 70 mm top hinge is available in two options:

- for doors up to 150 kg (10 mm pin)

- for doors from 150 kg to 500 kg (15 mm pin)

The top hinge is used to adjust gaps and door position.

M+ SYSTEM
The M+ system is integrated into the lower part of the door. The small hinge base is embedded in the floor plate.

FLOOR PLATE A stainless steel floor plate with a hole
for mounting the bottom hinge is attached to the floor. The hinge base fits seamlessly into the hole in the floor plate.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

Important: the distance between the hinge pivot point and the edge of the door must be at least 70 mm.

Minimum dimensions around the door for installation:

BELOW THE DOOR: 11 mm

ABOVE THE DOOR: from 4 mm to 10 mm

LOAD CAPACITY - up to 500 kg

MAINTENANCE-FREE - quick and easy installation

MINIMUM DOOR THICKNESS - 40 mm

FOR NEW AND EXISTING PROJECTS - screws in the floor plate are installed to a depth of 8 mm, which means that the M 40 mm system can be used in areas with underfloor heating.

AVAILABLE FOR ALL TYPES OF DOORS - ideal for wooden doors, glass doors in steel frames, and solid entrance doors. For internal and external doors, both in residential and commercial premises. Doors without a defined opening and closing direction.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS - The M+ system is suitable for fire-resistant, soundproof, windproof, waterproof profiles and burglar-proof doors.

PANEL FLOORS/SUSPENDED CEILINGS - it is possible to install pivot doors if the floor or ceiling panel is connected to the floor or ceiling structure.

The set includes a lower pivot hinge, upper pivot hinge, floor plate, ceiling plate and mounting accessories.

WARRANTY - two-year manufacturer's warranty.
