IN.05.501 HEAVY DUTY is a high-load-bearing mechanical pivot system designed for doors weighing up to 500 kg. The main mechanism is integrated directly into the door leaf, eliminating visible components and preserving the integrity of the architectural design. The visible base is minimalist, floor-mounted and fixed at only two points, without the need for built-in boxes or cutting holes in the floor, making it ideal for applications requiring minimal structural intervention. Despite its load-bearing capacity, the door moves stably and smoothly thanks to the use of precision bearings and high-strength stainless steel components. The system allows for adjustment in two dimensions (horizontal and vertical), ensuring precise alignment of the leaf during or after installation, even for large-sized doors.
