IN.05.502 HEAVY DUTY is a highly durable mechanical pivot system, developed for doors up to 150 mm thick and designed with a focus on versatility, durability and compatibility with minimalist solutions. By replacing conventional bearings with high-performance engineering polymers, the system ensures stable, quiet and durable movement, performing excellently in damp environments, those subject to temperature fluctuations or intensive use – making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. Both the bottom and top hinges have been specially designed for direct installation in aluminium profiles, with compact and precise dimensions. One of the greatest innovations of the 502 FREE PROFILE is the top hinge mounted in the frame (top stop) rather than in the door leaf, allowing it to be used in minimalist doors or thin-leaf systems where direct hinge installation is not possible. This approach preserves the panel’s aesthetics and ensures structural stability. Installation remains straightforward and involves adjustment in two dimensions, ensuring precision and speed of installation.
